Terms of Service

These terms apply to purchases and use of the Jaytuma online store. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate information, use the store lawfully and comply with these terms together with applicable checkout terms and policies.

Products and pricing

We aim to describe products accurately and display current prices. We may correct genuine errors, update product information or withdraw a product where reasonably necessary. The store currently uses Ghana cedis (GHS) as its checkout currency. A bank, card issuer or payment provider may apply currency conversion or other charges where applicable.

Digital-product licence

Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, a digital-product purchase grants the buyer a non-exclusive licence to use the downloaded material for the buyer's own personal or business purposes. The buyer may not resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense or share the files as a competing product.

Professional-use disclaimer

Jaytuma Business Tools are productivity and management aids. They are not professional accounting, tax, legal, investment or financial advice and should not be treated as a substitute for advice from a suitably qualified professional where such advice is required.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted when Shopify records the order and the applicable payment process is successfully completed or otherwise accepted. We may cancel or refund an order where required by law, where payment cannot be verified, where fraud is reasonably suspected, or where fulfilment is genuinely impossible.

Intellectual property

Store branding, original product content and digital files remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Purchase of a product does not transfer ownership of those rights.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where doing so would be unlawful.
