Digital products

Digital products do not require physical shipping. After successful payment, eligible digital products are delivered electronically through the digital-delivery system connected to our Shopify store. If a download is not received or cannot be accessed, contact us with your order number.

Physical products

Physical products require delivery or another fulfilment method stated on the relevant product page or at checkout. Available destinations, charges and delivery options can vary by product and location.

Any delivery estimate is an estimate rather than a guarantee unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays can occur because of carrier operations, address issues, weather, customs or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information. If an address or telephone number is incorrect, contact us as soon as possible; changes may not be possible after fulfilment has begun.

Mixed orders

If an order contains both digital and physical products, digital items are delivered electronically while physical items follow the applicable delivery process.
